2020 Vision Already Becoming a Bit Blurry
I set a pretty simple goal for this year.
”Create at least one new thing every day and make a blog post about it.”
And just like I failed my personal challenge to not write “2019” as part of the current date this year, I already missed two days of creating something to blog about.
it is discouraging to stumble immediately at the start of this race, but I need to remember this is a marathon not a sprint.
There is plenty of time for me to fail even worse.
How will this goal get me closer to being a Mucho Money Man instead of a pathetic poor boy?
Not really sure. But I think that if I focus more on quantity of creations, the quality of said creations will inevitably improve.
I did make an onigiri yesterday but that doesn’t count and I didn’t even take the time to write a blog post for it.
I did work on a secret personal project, but writing a blog post about that would defeat the purpose of it being a secret.
Today, or rather last night I worked on creating a larger Life-Favor box.
Roni (my first Life-Favor customer) requested a larger box and even provided the materials to make it.
12” x 24” cardstock. I don’t think I will ever want to work with the smaller sheets ever again.
I managed to make a box that is almost double the size of the biggest Life-Favor I could make with a 12” x 12”.
I also designed a way add a second layer to the box that allows me to add more designs and use different cardstocks together.
The fact that the cover looks like a taijitu (Yin Yang) was just a pleasant surprise.
